This Swindon HMO project involved styling the property for marketing photography as soon as the development work was completed.
The developer coordinated with us during the final stages of construction so that styling could take place immediately once the property was ready. After staging the rooms for photography, we removed the soft furnishings so the property could be prepared for tenant move-ins.
The professional marketing images continue to be used to advertise the rooms, helping the landlord attract strong interest and maintain minimal void periods.
