This project involved styling a newly developed HMO property in Swindon for marketing photography.
The developer, a returning client, contacted us while the construction work was nearing completion. As soon as the build was finished, we styled the property for professional photography to create high-quality marketing images.
After the photos were taken, the soft furnishings were removed to prepare the property for incoming tenants. The landlord continues to use the styled marketing images to advertise the rooms, resulting in consistent tenant demand and minimal void periods.
