This project involved furnishing and styling a one-bedroom rental apartment in a new development in the centre of Manchester.
We were engaged by a returning client and experienced property developer to prepare the flat for marketing photography and viewings. Despite being marketed during the Christmas period, the apartment secured long-term tenants within just a few weeks and has remained occupied ever since.
