This project involved staging a newly built property developed by private property developers. The developers had completed a beautiful build and wanted to maximise the property’s marketing value by presenting it as a fully styled show home for sale. The property market at the time was competitive, with several neighbouring homes available in the area. Through strategic home staging, we highlighted the layout, scale and lifestyle potential of the property. The staged home generated strong buyer interest and was successfully sold within the staging period.
